I have a bottle of beam Jeam for the first time in the freezer for about 2 months, so My question is Do you think that if I want to say cold drink will be chilled bourboun smoother taste better?

It's the sweetest taste, I'm sure. You will lose a lot of wood and char and more fruit flavors and tastes woodsugar. I'm sure the milder flavor, and "nicer" is subjective. Give it a shot and let us know. I think I try this with black instead of white label, personally.
