Predator Pool Cue change weight?

I was thinking of buying a pool cue Predator Ikon, and I could not decide on a weight. Almost all websites Sales of these pool cues to customize dollars though, so that you can change the weight of the cue stick to myself, or would need a professional? Regardless whether I can or can not do it myself, I wondered if anyone had experience with the pool cue Predator and custom weights. And something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1MkdkqaqCk this? If it is, would you be forced to buy several weights that would change the weight of the cue? I like my cue anywhere between 19 and 20.5 oz, depending how would I feel if that helps. Ebay? I was wondering if I could change the weight after having bought no where I could buy.

First a little history on the billiard balls.

According to the Wikipedia article, the first balls were made of wood, clay and later (the last remaining in use well into the 20th century).

Before working with his team set out, one of the most important strategies of building the team is setting the tone for his team. Often, we see the misunderstandings, conflicts and disagreements within a team, simply because they forgot to do one thing before they started together: they forget to set expectations right.
